Age Restriction
Two Bunch Palms is strictly 18 and over. All guests must be over the age of 18 to have access the resort.
Room
Room Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) per room per night and are based on double occupancy. Other guest services, taxes and gratuity are not included. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates exclude applicable taxes.
Incidentals
Two Bunch Palms will place a credit card authorization hold upon check in for $200 per night, per room for incidentals.
Check In/Check Out Time
Check-in begins at 4 PM. Check-out is 11 AM. Late check-out is subject to charge.
Advance Deposit
Room reservations are guaranteed with an advance deposit at time of booking. The amount of the advance deposit is subject to the first night rate plus tax for any room rate, package or promotion you reserve. Some holidays, events, specials or promotions may have modified deposit policies. Kindly review the rate details, terms and conditions at the time of booking.
Taxes
Room rates do not include a 15.195% city bed tax. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increase will be passed on to the guest.
Resort Amenities
Access to our Daily Programs & Mineral Pools, WI-FI, Complimentary Coffee in Twine, Tennis and Racquet Ball Equipment, Lawn Games, Self Parking and Shuttle Service are included in the Room Rate.
Additional Charges
Guests may request an early check in or a late check out. Early Check In begins at 2 PM and is an additional $100 and is subject to availability. Late Check Out is until 2 PM and is an additional $100 and is subject to availability.
Additional Guest Fee:
Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $85.00 plus tax for each extra guest per night. Please contact Guest Services for additional details.
Cancellation/Change Policy
For standard room type reservations, changes or cancellations must be by noon 72 hours prior to arrival date PST time to avoid a forfeit of the advanced deposit, first night’s room & tax. Our policy for Suite reservations requires 7 days advance notice to change or cancel free of charge and avoid a penalty of the first nights’ room and tax. Non-refundable rates are excluded and are non-changeable after the time of booking.
Payments
Two Bunch Palms accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Third Party Credit Card Payments
If you wish to have your credit card charged for a guest stay and the physical credit card will not be with the guest upon check-in; Two Bunch Palms requires a “Credit Card Authorization Form” to be filled out. This form may be obtained by emailing guestservices@twobunchpalms.com. A Secure link will be generated and emailed to the third party to be completed online.
Pet Policy
Two Bunch Palms does not allow pets on property excluding Service Animals. Guests who require service animals must make the resort aware prior to arrival. Guests must always have their service animal under control and the service animal must always wear its vest while on property. Owners of service animals are responsible for any damages that may be caused.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited near public areas of the Resort or in rooms. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be applied to the bill should you be in violation of our Non-Smoking Policy. There are designated smoking areas available, please check with the front desk for locations.
