At Two Bunch Palms, we highly value our partnership with travel agents who bring us business and help us serve our guests better. However, we would like to inform you that we review commissions for travel agents on a case-by-case basis, and we do not pay out travel agents on direct bookings by guests and clients.

We would like to emphasize that all arrangements must be made directly with the hotel prior to the guest/client's stay. Our team will be happy to assist you with the booking process and provide you with any necessary information regarding commissions.
