This dynamic workshop emphasizes the fundamental principle of “Mindfulness Practice in breathing, movement and meditation,” which is the foundation of Qigong. Performed in slow, fluid motion, with calmness of mind Tai Chi Qigong is designed to massage the organs, to tone and strengthen the muscles, nourish the tendons and ligaments, enhance flexibility of the spine and joints, without stress, tension or strain.
