To ensure the tranquil and harmonious atmosphere that all guests seek at Two Bunch Palms, we ask for your full cooperation by refraining from all cell phone use except in designated areas.

The over consumption of alcohol before any spa treatment may result in termination or refusal to administer any spa treatments or removal from the property with no refund of fees.

Using loud, argumentative, disrespectful and vulgar language is not permitted at any time. Guest that do so will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Bathing suits are required in all public areas.

Rights & Responsibility

At Two Bunch Palms ALL Guests receiving Spa treatments have not only the Right, but also Responsibility, to “communicate openly” with their therapist, esthetician and/or attendant about the treatment DURING THE TREATMENT!!! Any special expectations, personal preference and/or possible concerns about how a treatment is progressing should FIRST be addressed directly to the individual who is rendering the treatment during the treatment. Our Spa staff is renowned for their amazing diversity and the breadth and depth of their knowledge of the healing arts. We celebrate all their varied backgrounds- and value the many skills, talents and gifts they bring to Two Bunch Palms. And as they all have learned different ways of relating to the human body- it is vitally important that you communicate with them about how they might best relate to yours.
