Two Bunch Palms welcomes Day Guests to our Spa. The amazing healing waters of the Grotto, the lush 56 acre grounds and the world class treatments are available to all. We are a whisper only facility. Please help us foster the environment of quiet for which Two Bunch is renowned. Cell phones must be on silent or vibrate and use of earpieces with portable music devices is required.

SPA APPOINTMENTS
Non-resort guests can gain access to our exclusive facility with a minimum reservation of one (1) 60 minute treatment along with a Day Spa Fee ($40 weekend/$25 weekday) that allows access to the Grotto, the pool and the grounds from 10 am to 6 pm. Day packages are also available and designed to include at least one treatment, gratuity, lunch credit and the day spa fee.
Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. May we suggest that you bring only what you need: bathing suit, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and the most recently printed juicy novel. (We do carry these items in our boutique for purchase if you happen to forget one or more of them). We provide towels, robes and slippers. Our showers utilize our mineral water and are equipped with shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. Currently, the spa does not have an area for make up or to blow-dry hair.

THE CASINO RESTAURANT
The Casino restaurant is also available to our day guests. The hours of operation are as follows:
Lunch from 11:30am-2pm
Saturday and Sunday extended light lunch from 2pm-5pm
Dinner from 6-9pm
Although most weekdays allow last minute decision making for lunch plans, all dinner times and weekend lunches require reservations. Please plan your day accordingly.

Change or Cancel Policy
We appreciate that plans change. We adhere to spa industry standards with a 24 hour change or cancellation policy. If you decide to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be responsible for 100% of the treatment cost if we are unable to reschedule the therapist for the time of your missed appointment.
General Day Spa Information
At the time of booking, please have all names, addresses, telephone numbers and credit card numbers handy. We accept Visa, Master Card & American Express with proper picture ID. No Checks. We do not provide swimsuits. No children under the age of 18. No pets or animals of any sort.
What is available to do at the spa when I come in?
Co-ed common areas are available for our guest to use the mineral showers and dry saunas. A small changing area is available. We also have outdoors our award winning Mineral Springs, lap pool, walking trail, fruit orchard & a lake to sit by.
What do I wear for my service and what should I bring to the spa?
Robes are provided at check-in. All amenities for hair and body care are provided in the shower areas. Please bring your bathing suit to soak in the Grotto or for any various water treatments that require a bathing suit. Please leave cell phones, pagers and jewelry at home or in you locker (cell phones do need to be turned off or on silent).
Is there a minimum age?
Resort and spa guests must be 18 or older.
When should I arrive for my treatment?
Please arrive at the spa reception lobby 45 minutes to check in before your first service. Your spa experience begins with a hot water mineral shower followed by a 20 minute soak in our natural springs Grotto. Take a cool mineral shower before relaxing for 10-minutes in our sauna. We recommend another soothing hot mineral water shower prior to your treatment.
What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Treatment Advisors during the booking process if you have any medical/health issues or if you are pregnant. There are specific services which are not suitable for various medical conditions; therefore, we want to ensure your safety.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will limit the time of your service. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full cost of your treatment will be applied.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.

To ensure you receive spa treatments at the time you want, we strongly advise booking your appointments in advance. Some treatments are not available every day.
A $25 Grotto fee is applicable for day spa guests with the purchase of a 60 minute treatment on weekdays. If available on weekends and holidays, a $40 Grotto fee will be applied to day guest access with the purchase of a 60 minute treatment.
The Grotto fee is waived with the purchase of a package.
Taking the waters and use of spa facilities without a service is available from 10:00am until 5:00pm.
