Reservation Policy
Rooms
Room Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) per room, and are based on double occupancy. Room rates include morning spa classes. Other guest services, taxes and gratuity are not included. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Check In/Check Out Time:
Guaranteed Check-in time is at 4pm.
Check-out time is 12 noon.
Late Check-out is subject to charge.
Advance Deposit
Room reservations are guaranteed with an advance deposit at time of booking. The amount of the advance deposit is subject to the room rate, package or promotion you reserve.
Taxes
Room rates do not include a 14% city bed tax. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increase will be passed on to the guest.
Resort Fee
A nightly resort fee of $15.00 will be added to your nightly room rate.
Resort fee includes:
- Wireless high speed Internet access
- Dry Sauna
- Bicycle
- Hiking trails
- Tennis courts and tennis equipment
- Local and toll-free telephone calls
- All incoming faxes
- Twenty-four hour security
- Local Worlds Gym access
Additional Charges
Late check-out charges:
12:00 pm – 6:00 pm is $75, based on availability
6:00 pm or later is full room rate, based on availability
Check with the front desk for availability on day of departure
Additional person fee:
Room rates for standard rooms, double rooms, one bedroom suites or spa suites are based on double occupancy. There will be a $50.00 charge for each additional person per night.
Room rates for two bedroom suites are based on quadruple occupancy. There will be a $50.00 charge for each additional person per night.
Cancellation Policy
Room reservations cancelled 3 days prior two arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the advance deposit. Reservations cancelled within three days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit.
Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices.
Payments
Two Bunch Palms accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept cash and travelers checks.
Third Party Credit Card Payments
If you wish to have your credit card charged for a guests stay and the physical credit card will not be with the guest upon check-in; Two Bunch Palms requires a "Credit Card Authorization Form" to be filled out and faxed back to the hotel prior to guaranteeing a reservation. This form may be obtained by calling 800.472.4334 or click on the link below. In order for the third party credit card billing to be complete, we must have the completed Credit Card Authorization Form, a photocopy of both the front and back of the credit card (this must be a legible copy) and a copy of a Valid ID. Two Bunch Palms reserves the right to require an imprint of the physical credit card and the cardholder's signature if requested by management.

Pet Policy
Two Bunch Palms does not allow pets on property. Guests who require service animals must make the resort aware that the service animal is coming. Guests must also provide the proper documents at check in that their pet is a service pet and service animal must have the service vest on at all times while on property.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in rooms or on the grounds of the resort. There are designated smoking areas available, please check with the front desk for locations.
