The renowned hot springs and spa resort, Two Bunch Palms, continues to strengthen its management team and recently announced the appointments of the following key positions:
John Trudeau is the new General Manager, with extensive resort operations revenue management and food and beverage experience. A graduate of Purdue University, he formalized his culinary & hospitality training at the Johnson and Wales University. He previously served as Hotel Manager and Director of Operations at the Riviera Palm Springs by Noble House Hotels and Resorts and has broad experience with Hilton, Hyatt, La Salle Hotel Properties and the Waterford Hotel Group.
Rianna Riego, brings more than a decade of corporate experience in spa and wellness to her new corporate role as Director of Brand and Communication. She will oversee sales, marketing, PR and branding-related activities; including aligning the wellness programs and retail products with brand positioning.
Both Trudeau and Riego will be reporting directly to the CEO Kevin Kelly, former president and Chief Branding Officer for Canyon Ranch, who came on board in May.
Danielle Scott an existing manager with the property for 17 years, was recently promoted to Director of Reservations and Front Office.Danielle managed Housekeeping, Front Office, Spa and Reservations prior to this promotion.
Ken Lee joins the team as the Director of Spa and Wellness, responsible for the spa and all fitness and movement programming, including; tennis, the yoga dome, movement classes, fitness, mineral springs soaking grotto and the pool. Lee was previously Spa Director at Kelly’s Spa at the Mission Inn in Riverside. He also worked as Assistant Spa Director for Hotel Hershey PA and Sea Island, GA.
Ryan Corbin joins the team as Director of Food and Beverage. Ryan has worked in the food and beverage industry, including Noble House Resorts and the Viceroy, as well as local restaurants in the Palm Springs area.
Jessica Neumann is the new Director of Finance. Neumann, a certified accountant previously worked at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas their controller, a a $41 million operation, as well as Morongo Resort and Casino and Chrysler LLC.
