Balance is a way of life at Two Bunch Palms. MOVEMENT is one of our four pillars to health. To keep blood and oxygen flowing, we offer a daily program of movement classes from yoga to Tai-Chi/Qigong. To stimulate the mind and spirit, daily meditation, conscious conversations and art expression.
Our grounds offer outdoor opportunities to take walks, relax by the lake and breathe in the fresh air. From juicing to sound bath therapy, you will find a well-rounded selection of activities. If you need more, we offer private consultations and fitness sessions.
