Suzanne B with fruits Balance is a way of life at Two Bunch Palms.  MOVEMENT is one of our four pillars to health.  To keep blood and oxygen flowing, we offer a daily program of movement classes from yoga to Tai-Chi/Qigong. To stimulate the mind and spirit, daily meditation, conscious conversations and art expression.
