Swedish Massage 

This traditional oiled massage brings relaxation to the body and gently impacts the circulatory and lymphatic systems by using long flowing strokes on both the muscular and soft tissues. The pressure is moderate to light.

Personalized Massage

This customized massage is as unique as the guest and therapist working together! Our therapist will utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques to target the areas that most concern you. Drawing on the distinctive background and experience of our therapists, modalities include shiatsu, sports technique, reflexology, energy work, trigger point work and a range of motion and passive stretching. This massage is for those who need deep work but also want to relax during the treatment.

Intensive Deep Tissue  

Using proven therapeutic techniques to loosen and lengthen even the deepest layers of musculature, this powerful and penetrating massage can be given oiled or dry. The application of pressure to trigger points—using fingers, fists, forearms and elbows dramatically helps to decrease spasms and break up adhesions in the muscles. True deep-tissue work is not for the faint of heart!

Aromatherapy  

A gentle and tranquil massage is combined with euphoric blends of therapeutic-grade essential oils that are custom blended at the time of your appointment to address specific health concerns and support the body's healing process. The treatment continues with a complimentary second bottle of your essential oil mix.

Scalp Massage 

Aloe vera, protein conditioner and warm olive oil infused with rosemary, jojoba and vitamin E are separately massaged into your scalp to balance and restore the vitality of your scalp and the shine of your hair. It also includes a brief neck and shoulder massage. For the ultimate in relaxation, select this massage as an add-on to another treatment. Massage can also be performed without oil.

Thai Fusion (Tabled) or Traditional Thai Massage (Floor Mat)  

Thai massage is an indigenous Oriental form of bodywork performed with assisted yoga-like postures and moderate pressure to facilitate increased circulation, an expanded range of motion and deep relaxation. Our Thai fusion massage has been modified to keep all the best of the traditional form while being conducted on a massage table. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. If you are interested in a traditional Thai massage done on a floor mat, please ask for therapist availability.

Shiatsu

This traditional Japanese massage is performed without oil and applies pressure to acupressure points along specific pathways of the body. The bodywork opens specific pathways in the body to stimulate the functioning of internal organs and the balancing of the body's own energy or KI.

Reflexology  

This is a traditional Chinese medicine modality that focuses on the hands and feet. Moderate to deep pressure is applied to the areas of the hands and feet where nerves connect directly to virtually every organ of the body. This bodywork has been used to stimulate blocked energy, especially when a condition is not directly accessible with physical contact.

Roman Tub Relaxation  

An intimate experience for couples, one-hour personalized massage followed by 30 minutes in a private, candle-lit Roman bath with Epsom salt and lavender essential oil.

Ayurvedic  

This is a unique and highly specialized massage that features two massage therapists using heated sesame oil mixed with essential oils that have been custom blended for your specific DOSHA body type. The heated oils are poured along energetic pathways and worked into your body with a synchronized massage. Ultimately, a stream of warm oil is applied to your forehead and crown, often producing a profound feeling of inner peace.

Abhyanga Massage 

Rhythmic and patterned massage using Two Bunch custom-blended dosha oils to gently balance and calm your body, mind and spirit in the tradition of East Indian Ayurveda.

The River Rock Hot-Stone Treatment  

Our hot-stone therapy is a complex and highly synchronized oiled massage that uses hot stones to increase circulation and reduce soreness. It will melt away even the most entrenched muscle spasms. There is an optional cold-stone application to the body and/or the face during this treatment. Please be sure to request this if interested. Please not that this is not a 90-minute treatment.
