Change or Cancel Policy

We appreciate that plans change. We adhere to spa industry standards with a 24 hour change or cancellation policy. If you decide to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be responsible for 100% of the treatment cost if we are unable to reschedule the therapist for the time of your missed appointment.

General Day Spa Information

At the time of booking, please have all names, addresses, telephone numbers and credit card numbers handy. We accept Visa, Master Card & American Express with proper picture ID. No Checks. Swimsuits are available for purchase at the Boutique.  Please call 760-288-7801 to reserve your appointments.

What is available to do at the spa when I come in?

The ritual of Taking the Waters is an absolute must when you come to Two Bunch Palms.  Co-ed common areas are available for our guest to use the mineral showers and dry saunas. A small changing area is available. We have daily movement classes aside from our award winning Mineral Springs, lap pool, labyrinth, walking trail, fruit orchard & a lake to sit by.

What do I wear for my service and what should I bring to the spa?

Robes are provided at check-in. All amenities for hair and body care are provided in the shower areas. Please bring your bathing suit to soak in the Grotto or for any various water treatments that require a bathing suit. Please leave cell phones, pagers and jewelry at home or in you locker (cell phones do need to be turned off or on silent).

Is there a minimum age?

Resort and spa guests must be 18 or older.

When should I arrive for my treatment?

Please arrive at the spa reception lobby 45 minutes to check in before your first service. Your spa experience begins with a hot water mineral shower followed by a 20 minute soak in our natural springs Grotto. Take a cool mineral shower before relaxing for 10-minutes in our sauna. We recommend another soothing hot mineral water shower prior to your treatment.

What if I have special health considerations?

Please notify our Treatment Advisors during the booking process if you have any medical/health issues or if you are pregnant. There are specific services which are not suitable for various medical conditions; therefore, we want to ensure your safety.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will limit the time of your service. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full cost of your treatment will be applied.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
