Day Spa Visitors

Two Bunch Palms welcomes Day Guests to our Spa. The amazing healing waters of the Grotto, the lush 56 acre grounds and the world class treatments are available to all. We are a whisper only facility. Please help us foster the environment of quiet for which Two Bunch is renowned. The use of cell phones or portable radio and CD/cassette players is strictly prohibited.

SPA APPOINTMENTS

We would love to have you visit us for the day; in order to do so, a minimum of one (1) 60 minute treatment must be reserved and a $25.00 Day Spa Fee is required per guest. (please note that two 30 minute treatments qualify as one 60 minute treatment). As day guests you will be sharing space with our resort guests and as such your day use will be limited to one hour before and one hour after your service.

Our locker space is extremely limited and available on a first come, first served basis. May we suggest that you bring only what you need: bathing suit, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and the most recently printed juicy novel. (We do carry these items in our boutique for purchase if you happen to forget one or more of them). We provide towels and robes for visitors and slippers when in stock. Changing rooms do not have amenities such as hair dryers or sinks for make-up.

  • When receiving TWO (one hour) Treatments your $25 day fee becomes your 'Day Spree' as you extend your 'Two Bunch' experience to our Casino Restaurant for either lunch or dinner (No cash value). 
  • When receiving THREE (one hour) Treatments 'The Spree' is now FREE! Day Spa Fee is waived and you receive a complimentary voucher for lunch or dinner (if a reservation is available) for up to $25 (no cash value) and you may bring an additional guest at no charge to the resort.

Dining

THE CASINO RESTAURANT

The Casino restaurant is also available to our day guests with some restrictions. The hours of operation are as follows:

  • Lunch from 11:30am-2pm
  • Saturday and Sunday extended light lunch from 2pm-5pm
  • Dinner from 6-9pm

Although most weekdays allow last minute decision making for lunch plans, all dinner times and weekend lunches require reservations. Please plan your day accordingly.

Change or Cancel Policy

We appreciate that plans change. We adhere to spa industry standards with a 24 hour change or cancellation policy. If you decide to change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be responsible for 50% of the treatment cost if we are unable to reschedule the therapist for the time of your missed appointment.

General Day Spa Information

At the time of booking, please have all names, addresses, telephone numbers and credit card numbers handy. We accept Visa, Master Card & American Express with proper picture ID. No Checks. We do not provide swimsuits. No children under the age of 18. No pets or animals of any sort.

What is available to do at the spa when I come in?
Co-ed common areas are available for our guest to use the mineral showers and dry saunas. A small changing area is available. We also have outside the Spa our award winning Mineral Springs, lap pool, walking trail, fruit orchard & a lake to sit by. A rest and relaxation area is available in the lobby of the spa with a beverage bar.

What do I wear for my service and what should I bring to the spa?
Wear your robes that are provided at check-in. All amenities for hair and body care are provided in the shower areas. Please bring your bathing suit to soak in the Grotto or for any various water treatments that require a bathing suit. Please leave cell phones, pagers and jewelry at home or in you locker (cell phones do need to be turned off or on silent).

Is there a minimum age?
Resort and spa guests must be 18 or older.

When should I arrive for my treatment?
For your comfort and relaxation, we suggest arriving at least one hour prior to your spa treatment. We take prepayment for your services, then you may soak in our Award winning Mineral Spring Grotto, take a dry sauna and/or a soothing mineral shower.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will limit the time of your service. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest's scheduled appointment. The full cost of your treatment will be applied.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
