Reservation Policies
Room Rates:
Room rates are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) per room, for two persons, for the following room categories:

    * Historic Grotto and Standard Rooms
    * One Bedroom Suite
    * One Bedroom Spa Suites (private hot tub in private patio)
    * Two Bedroom Suite
    * House on the Hill (private two bedroom house with spectacular views & privacy)

Room rates do not include room service, lunch or dinner in the dining room, long distance telephone calls, other guest services, taxes or gratuities.

Additional Persons:
$50.00 USD per night will be charged for each additional person.

Room Capacity:
Historic Grotto and Standard Rooms – 2 persons (up to 4 persons in double standard rooms)
One Bedroom Suite – 2 persons
One Bedroom Spa Suite – 2 persons
Two Bedroom Suite – 4 persons
House on the Hill – 4 persons

Taxes:
Rates do not include a 14% City Bed Tax. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increase will be passed on to the guest.

Resort Fee:
A nightly resort fee of  $15.00 will be added to your nightly rate.  This resort fee includes full use of the resort including:  Two Bunch Palms Award-Winning Hot Mineral Springs Grotto, the Cool Pool, Tennis courts and Tennis Equipment,  Bicycles, Dry Saunas, LA Times (available in the restaurant), Lemonade and Ice Tea throughout the day (located in dining room) and daily Yoga in our Energy Dome at 9:00am daily.

If you wish to have your credit card charged for a guests stay and the physical credit card will not be with the guest upon check-in; Two Bunch Palms requires a “Credit Card Authorization Form” to be filled out and faxed back to the hotel prior to guaranteeing a reservation. This form may be obtained by calling 800.472.4334. In order for the third party credit card billing to be complete, we must have the completed Credit Card Authorization Form, a photocopy of both the front and back of the credit card (this must be a legible copy) and a copy of a Valid ID. Two Bunch Palms reserves the right to require an imprint of the physical credit card and the cardholders signature if requested by management.

Reservation Guarantee:
Reservations are guaranteed with a one-night deposit at the time of booking. Credit cards accepted include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.

Getaway Package Guarantees:
To guarantee an inclusive “Getaway Package”, we require a $250.00 deposit. Upon arrival to Two Bunch Palms, full payment of remaining balance is due.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeit of deposit.

Cancellation Fee:
All reservations (including Getaway Packages) cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the deposit. Reservations cancelled within three days of arrival date will forfeit deposit.

Check-in after 4:00pm
Check-out 12 noon
Late check-out is subject to charge.  Inquire at the Front Desk on the morning of your departure.
